This reel is exclusively manufactured for Auer Packaging from Amerang, in order to pass the hard everyday use well. Design of the compact roll by Silviu Desaga, also Auer

Tool production and series production of a suitcase castors pre-planned by Auer. The castors has to cope with the extreme loads as a protective case castors for years. Falls from great heights and high weight loads on different surfaces are a great challenge for material and construction.

Have been designed and created by Auer: Design of the compact roll by Silviu Desaga from Auer
Tooling:
A lot of material knowledge of our product developers has been incorporated in the development of the tool. The correct use of materials and an optimized tool geometry enable long production cycles and short set-up times.
Important specifications:
Surface finish and haptic properties were adapted according to customer requirements.
Series production:
We have chosen our long-time Asian manufacturer for series production.
